Avoid at all costs, unless you want to be left in the dark about everything regarding your case. The lack of adequate communication here is disgusting. They consistently make promises that they do not deliver on. Susan was an amazing receptionist, but that’s the most she could do. When she hands anything off to the actual Lawyers, you will barely hear back from them.

Let me say this , if I would of had Mr. Lankford from the beginning I would of gave it 5 stars and wrote less because in a matter of 24 hours he was able to get my dui charge amended to reckless driving as appose to the inconsiderate , unprofessional , LAZY AND RUDE JAMES ABATE WHO COMPLAINED MORE ABOUT DRIVING THAN THE ACTUAL UNFAIRNESS OF A CASE CASE THAT COULD OF BEEN FINISHED MONTHS AGO IF HE ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT HIS CLIENTS AND NOT JUST MONEY.. two completely different lawyers.. Mr. Lankford is a lawyer that is for the people and real justice Mr. Abate is a lawyer who is just doing the minimum to get paid he never called me never even spoke to me about what that game plan was I literally walked into court day and he told the judge I was pleading guilty to a dui when he hadn’t discussed this with me at all prior to this court appearance😳😳😳 and I literally had to hold back tears in court and ask the judge myself for more time because Mr. Ababte didn’t tell me anything I was always under the impression that me paying for the expert was to prove my innocence .. but as told to me in my final day In court with mr.Lankford (8.23) was that ABATE NEVER submitted any proper reports to the court and didn’t even give the prosecutor my 0.0 % breathalyzer reading test so he basically wanted me to plead guilty and say I was drinking so he could be done with the case and not have to travel to this court house anymore but I thank God for blessing me with the spirit to speak up because if I didn’t I would of been stuck with this crooked , lying , inconsistent abate and had a dui on my record for no reason .. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about him and if you decide to use this law firm and they assign Abate to you .. please save your self months of worry and ask for the phenomenal MR. LANKFORD !!!! He got me the justice I was promised when I choose this law firm what he was able to do in 24 hours of having my case as oppose to abate pushing it off and back for 8 months was outstanding and remarkable .. he said it was unfair to make me take a dui if I wasn’t drinking and he absolutely meant that he went to work hunny !!! providing the proper documents and argument to the prosecutor to give me proper and fair justice .. I am sincerely grateful for that man!! He is who all lawyers should follow the footsteps of .. Meghan , Ally , and Dee also were very helpful receptionist and clerks ! If it wasn’t for them I Wouldn’t even know what was going on because James abate never called me back or reached out to me personally and he was on my case from 12/2023 - 8/2024 that speaks volumes in the disregard he had for me as a client and my case ONLY USE LANKFORD !!! If you have to get ABATE don’t waste your hard earn money !!! I still cannot believe how quick Lankford was able to turn my whole case around , God bless that man and his fight for justice !

Unhelpful, rude, and inconsistent! They don't listen and seem unaware of basic New Jersey laws. Do not waste your time or money.

Chris Aiello helped get the traffic charge reduced without points. He also took time to explain everything thoroughly beforehand and afterwards.

I am extremely happy I chose this law firm for my situation. The flat rate made me comfortable and the lawyers as well as the support staff are truly remarkable to work with. I personally needed flexibility in my payment, and they offered me a 3 month payment plan which I was truly thankful for. Truly an amazing firm! Do not look anywhere else, just call and talk to them. They will instantly understand your situation and guide you.

This was my first and hopefully last time having to deal with a lawyer for a legal issue. Even though Mr Aiello was a nice man I was not impressed with the entire process. Paralegals were not on the same page, I had to constantly reach out regarding questions because nothing was explained and if so….very vaguely, double charged my credit card $1,500, Mr Aiello did not show for my daughter’s first court appearance though he did mention that he would not be there, we were the only ones in the courtroom that had a lawyer who was not present. Not sure if it even benefited having a lawyer. It was her first offense and she got what a first time offender would receive minus something that my daughter and I were told by Mr Aiello she would receive but it seemed like the judge saw no benefit / reason for her to have it which was great. This was a small case / offense so maybe that’s why I didn’t feel they really cared.

Regrettably, upon submitting the intake documents, I received an email notification that the statute of limitations for my harassment issue had expired. If one were to read between the lines, this would be their official legal method of refusing to assist.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I called 3 times about a legal matter, all 3 times i was told Mr. Aiello is busy and will call you soon. No one ever called me back, if you are busy and can’t take new cases then you should let the customer know, but this is very unprofessional, I am glad that i had to go through this, now i know i cannot trust these guys to handle my legal matters and how proactive they will be with their client’s issues. I have also asked them to be removed from Metlife legal plan

This lawyer got my case moved from a felony to misdemeanor, to a plain ordinance (loitering.) best money spent. Both the lawer and his paralegal was professional, knowledgeable, and just plain competent.

When you need someone who truly believes in you ( and don't lie) when you truly need that, Chris Aiello is the attorney you want. 4 years ago he helped me in aincredible way. I now have a completely different situation and after. being jerked around by other attorneys, I called Chris to ask if his firm handled these type cases. To my surprise, they do. Chris Aiello is the ONLY attorney I will ever trust.
