I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle. The following is a review of Frank Tunnero, my attorney. According to the Board on Attorney Certification, less than 3% of New Jersey's active lawers are so certified. This is an important qualification to consider when choosing a lawyer for a personal injury case where a trial could be a possibility. Frank has been licensed for over 41 years and it shows in the courtroom. While my case was finally settled without a trial, Frank's experience in civil trial law (and overall experience) enabled me to get the highest award possible in non-binding arbitration which led to a very acceptable settlement from the insurance company. I also must add that Frank was severely injured (a broken hip) in an accident during my case. As I was recovering from my accident, my attorney was just starting to recover from his. However, this did not slow him down. With the help of his wife, a cane, and even the attorney for the insurance company (who carried Frank's briefcase for him when walking was difficult and painful), Frank made the necessary court appearances to move my case forward. All this shows to me that Frank is a highly dedicated and respected attorney. Thanks to Frank's expertise, leading to a most favorable outcome in my personal injury case, I am able to get back to bicycling and living fully again.
