I can see many great reviews of this company and I am sure they are great in some areas, but I would not recommend them for Elder Law and Medicaid planning. It was obvious to me that there was more of a priority to bill hours over delivering results. Case in point that I just paid a $1100, bill but did not receive the original services I was looking to get when working with this firm. Now I have lost three months of progress and need to start the process again with another group that will hopefully be more responsive and proactive to my situation.

Guillermo was absolutely amazing and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney who will stand up and fight for them. He took on my slip and fall case despite my strong doubts about the possibility of receiving any compensation, given the numerous missing components I believed were necessary to validate and verify the incident. I was overwhelmed with medical bills and lost wages from the accident, unable to work at my previous pace, putting me in significant debt. Throughout the entire process he helped keep my mind at ease with his confidence, honesty, and transparency.
