Mr. Chapman went above and beyond in representing my case in the Elizabeth Municipal Court on a set of traffic violations. I'm very skeptical of receiving a fair deal in the court systems, especially when the police are involved; however, Mr. Chapman was able to achieve a full dismissal and save me the punitive and financial burdens.
