Louis Chapman represented me and the Estate of my recently deceased Mother during the closing process for the sale of her house. Louis was very responsive to my questions via email and phone and provided excellent guidance throughout the closing. Of particular note is that the sale and closing of the house happened quickly! Louis was always ready to move things along with efficiency and effectiveness. I found Louis easy to talk to and his kind and professional demeanor engendered an atmosphere of trust from our first meeting.
