Louis did a great job representing me on my recent home sale (closed 2/1/23), guiding me through the process from start to finish. He was extremely responsive and diligent. In a nutshell, he made everything very smooth and easy.
This was the second time Louis represented me in a home negotiation (the first time being when I bought the same house 17 years earlier), My prior experience lead me to utilize his services again, and once again, it was a pleasant experience. I recommend Louis.

Mr. CHAPMAN made the process very simple as he was in constant communication, updating us on the progress of the transaction. Anytime we had questions he was extremely quick to respond. As a result, our home sale went as smoothly as I could have hoped for.

Louis is knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. I could not have asked for a better lawyer to handle the closing of the sale of my home. Louis was always personally available to answer my questions and made sure I had everything I needed to get to the closing table. He came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. Louis pleasantly surprised me by how he left no stone unturned and thought of things that I never thought of. I felt truly taken care of by louis' thorough work ethic. I found myself warning my seller to be aware because my lawyer is a shark. Aside from being such a good attorney Louis also made me feel like family. And all with wit and charm.
