My wife and I used Ed for our first home purchase, which was a FSBO, and we couldn't have been happier and more impressed with the help and guidance he provided. Going into a FSBO, my wife and I didn't have an agent to guide us through the process. Although we were initially concerned about that, Ed assuaged those fears the moment we first corresponded with him by making it easy for us to understand what we needed to do during the purchasing process. Ed is professional, meticulous, quick, and responsive, and is the most important reason why we closed on time. The worst experience for myself and my children. The lack of service was awful. She is not trained to be a PC and favors the mother. She is a money grabber.
