Melissa and her staff handled my divorce and custody case in Sep 2014. By Feb 2015 I was divorced and Melissa fought and got me everything I was asking for. Hands down the BEST! Aggressive, professional and compassionate. I again used Cipriano Law when I petitioned the family court to move out of state in May 2017. I was awarded that and then some, the other party had to pay my $7000 moving expenses! I'd definitely recommend AND use them in the future

Was extremely unhappy with the (lack of) service received. My divorce decree was not processed correctly and I had to hire another attorney after the fact to help. As others noted, to reopen the case and try to fix the issue created by this firm, it would have cost even more money than they already charged. Do not use this law firm. You've been warned.

I've used this firm a few times in the past and each time very pleased with the outcome and their work product. Hard working woman at this firm who are very intelligent and results driven. Skilled legal representation is worth every dollar. Highly recommend them .

These attorneys are nothing but thieves.. they will charge you hundreds of dollars for you to send them an email and for them to not answer the question. They knew nothing about dcp&p we were merely there to pay them so that we could give them our private information about dc&p and teach them the way they work because they knew NOTHING about dcp&p. Infact if we wouldve listened to there advice dcp&p wouldve took us to court. Again they just want your money they dont actually care about you.. Don't waste your time and money on there schemes to steal all your money when they don't know how to help you or do there job. PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR ATTORNEYS AT THIS OFFICE they are an office of thieves.

They took my retainer of 20,000 never filed a substitution of attorney, never filed one paper Melissa never met with me, instead took my retainer and offered me Ms Mara Dooskin. The most incompetent unprofessional attorney, whom I found out doesn’t even come from family law background. She was rude, unresponsive and after 1 week of doing absolutely nothing I was told because my case was post divorce she needed another 10,000 to review my old files when I declined she said she couldn’t represent me. Melissa wouldn’t respond to my emails instead they returned a portion of my retainer and kept $6,000 of It to ‘review my case’ that they never officially took! If I had the money and time to fight them I would have but they know your in a vulnerable situation, you are desperate and they take advantage! Rude, unresponsive and unethical. Run!

She is passionate for my concerns and the results are shown in the courtroom. She's an absolute beast in the courtroom! For over a decade I've never gone to anyone else, and we've never lost a case.
