As a first time home buyer I could not be happier with our decision to work with Stu. He was always available to us even for the smallest of questions and never had an issue explaining the processes to myself or my wife. He was in constant communication with the sellers team (realtor and attorney) . As we experienced some delays and issues as we got close to the final closing , Stu was on top of every detail and would always follow-up with us not only via email but also on the phone to ensure we are in the loop and understanding of what was going on. I highly recommend him to any and everyone in need a real-estate attorney.

I hired Mr. Minion when I was unsuccessful filing my own motion in court. Mr. Minion was very kind and thorough, before I even hired him he gave me advice on how to modify my motion, unfortunately the judge didn’t listen to what I was asking. Mr. Minion kept me updated the entire way and advocated successfully in court for me. I got every single thing that was asked for in the motion he filed for me.

Hands down THE BEST LAWYER EVER! I used him to close on my home and my daughter’s father used him as well. He is REALLY good. It was my first time buying a home, I was so afraid, but Stu answered my every question. He always answered the phone or email! Besides his amazing customer service, he knows his stuff!! I walked alway with thousands of additional money! Yes thousands! I COULDNT believe it. The deal was to good to be true lol. But this was back in 2020 the market was much different then, I don’t think we’ll see deals like what I got for years to come. Anyway, I’m in the process of purchasing another property and I can’t imagine working with anyone else other than Stu. I know the days of sellers concession is over :( but I’m still hoping Stu will be able to find some ways for me to save some money. Can’t say enough amazing things about this man. And FYI as a single woman, with a child, and only 1 income it is VERY hard to purchase but with the right team anything is possible❤️❤️❤️
