After an absolutely horrific experience with another law firm for the purchase of my new home, I decided to use lawyer Andrew Walsh for the sale of my old one. Best experience ever! Replies were prompt and advice was sound - really great customer service. And I can't say enough about paralegal Mallory Petrolito; she's very knowledgeable and assisted every step of the way! They made the whole transaction as easy as possible on me.

I cannot recommend Kenneth Chamlin or his paralegal Mandy highly enough. After a work accident and unsuccessful surgery, I was left with permanent pain and loss of function in my right arm. Completely inexperienced in legal matters, I needed frequent detailed explanations and reassurance. Mr. Chamlin and Mandy were incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They kept me informed about what to expect, and they both treated me as if I were their only client. Mr. Chamlin was able to negotiate a settlement that was much more than I expected. Working with Chamlin, Uliano & Walsh was a terrific experience. I worked with Janice and Chazz throughout the process, which took about 18 months to complete. At the end of the day, I was able to accomplish exactly what I went to them for! They were professional, courteous and communicative throughout, and I was never left wondering what was going on with my case. I retained JJ Uliano when my ex wife filed fictitious assault charges during our divorce proceedings. He not only provided legal guidance in negotiating with with prosecutor for a downgrade to the charges, but was also a calming and supportive friend. He was successful in having the charges downgraded and assisted in applying to the courts to have my probation term reduced. Together with Janice his legal assistant they worked on having my record expunged. They were instrumental in allowing me to move past this challenging time in my life and I would highly recommend their services.
