This is the second time the Tanis, Arlene and Debbie team worked with me to reach my goal to help my family members (first my parents and now my son) step into the future more successfully. I know my parents would have approved of our most recent purchase. The legal guidance I received through every unexpected step was greatly appreciated. Looking forward to working with them again in the near future!

Tanis is a fantastic lawyer! I moved here from another state and contacted Tanis after finding her on this site. With in a few months we were able to get a child support order and custody order in place. Since I had just moved up here I had to wait 12 months before my actual divorce. Tanis really took the time to hear my concerns and address them. She fought for what I deserved not what was being offered by the other party. When it came time for the actual divorce proceedings, all of the details were done. Custody, Visitation, property, child support, all of the things you might not even think of were taken care of in a timely matter. I have heard some people say that their lawyer is only interested in the money, but that is not Tanis. She really cares about you as a person and helping you through your situation. I would recommend her to anyone going through a divorce, especially if custody is involved. She will push for what's right, but she will also advise you when to compromise. Ultimately though she will let you make the decision. Tanis and her staff really made a difference in my life and guided me through a emotionally charged situation with grace and class. She made my divorce an easier process than I had anticipated.

Tanis helped us obtain legal guardianship of our handicap daughter. She was extremely compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend Tanis, she is outstanding! Thank you Debbie for always being pleasant and helpful every time I called the office.

Tanis has been my attorney since my divorce in 2007. I had to retain her again in 2012 when my ex husband sued me for full custody. It was the most difficult time in my life and she was so caring and compassionate. She is not the typical attorney who is just concerned with racking up a bill. I hired Tanis Deitch in August of 2015. She helped me every step of the way with my divorce. She was available to answer all of my questions. If she wasn't in the office she would call me back within hours. My divorce was final in September of 2016. She worked with my X's attorney to get a fair settlement so we didn't have to spend excess money on a drawn out court case. The final PSA was fair. Unfortunately, my X did not hold up his end of the bargain. She was there every step to ensure that I got what was owed to me. She made sure she was in court and conversing with the judge about what was occurring. Had she not been there I would not have gotten my settlement due to me. I've heard horror stories of attorney's dragging their feet and not filing paperwork in a timely fashion. Not Tanis! Tanis and Debbie (her secretary) always filed documentation and kept me informed. Tanis continually monitors the progress of my situation and genuinely cares that I am receiving my payments and documentation. I would recommend Tanis in a heart beat and I'm so glad so is my attorney!

Tanis Deitch is an excellent attorney. Her strong intellect, in-depth knowledge of the law, and impressive lawyering skills, make her one of the most skilled attorneys in her field. She handled my case perfectly and kept me informed every step of the way. What I didn't understand, she explained clearly to me. Her paralegal support staff is also excellent!
