Mrs Spence and her office are highly professional, dedicated and well organized. They are best.

Not sure if this firm is worth the business, but the paralegal named Griffins was the RUDEST person I've ever talked to. She did not like me asking questions for clarification, she thought she used all the legal terms and not expecting me to ask any questions for clarification. She was so rude and raising her voice when I was trying to ask her questions to confirm the firm's process. She was very condescending. She should not be answering phone calls if she has that attitude. You're supposed to help your prospective clients to understand all the processes required. It was unbelievable how she would have a job there. UNBELIEVABLE. PS: if Ms Griffins countered and said I was the one that's rude, talking over her (instead of her not allowing me to ask questions), then you should reevaluate the situation. Clearly that was not the case. Trust me.

I was calling along with a family member and we had no experience with disability. Gail Spence was able to guide us through the process with exceptional clarity and professionalism. Spence was generous and patient with us as she explained the disability system. What we learned really helped us to make some very difficult personal decisions.
