If you are looking for high quality attorney to represent you look no further, Steven is the best in town!. He listened to my situation and helped me manage my expectations. I love that he is transparent and guided me on the best decisions.
Whenever I have a question, he answers the phone directly. Steven is not like other attorneys that you have to leave a message and wait days for the attorney to call you back.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone!!

We have used Steve’s services twice: once for buying a home and again for selling a home. Both times our experience was excellent. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, accurate, and approachable. He explains legal/real estate jargon clearly, and he takes his time ensuring that all your questions are answered. Steven D Pertuz is an outstanding lawyer. The amount of effort he put in to my case and his knowledge of the system was amazing. He took the time and patience to go trough a long process to obtain exactly what I had hope for as result of my case. We were guided in a quick and professional way in our house buying process. What we really appreciated were the quick responses. Even when he didn't have time to answer our complete question, he would let us know he was contacting us later. The signing was a challenge with the social distancing hurdle, but no worries, Steven and his umbrella were there outside of our car to explain what we were signing, form by form. All and all a very smooth process during the buying process of our first home (with only one fridge unfortunately).
