Great people person, excellent law experience.

I was recommended to Gary Natale by someone who worked in the municipal courts. I'll do my best to keep this brief so you can truly understand how awesome of a lawyer this guy is. Hiring him was one of the best decisions I could've made. Gary is the type of lawyer that will listen to you completely. He's a very good listener and he retains everything you tell him. He repeats himself a lot, but it's to remind himself of all of the details of your case. This makes him extremely good at negotiating with the judge and the opposing counsel. He's usually the one that's right, and when he's right.. he will fight tirelessly until the judge or the opposing counsel agrees with him. He's the type of lawyer who stays late to get the job done. There have been nights where I was in his office until 9pm working on our case. Mind you, he lives more than an hour away from his office... but he never complains about his commute. He will take your file home and work on your case over the weekend when he needs to. He's just a brilliant mind and he dedicates himself to his clients. He always goes the extra mile. Let me tell you about the results he got me: First, I was assaulted by my ex-wife's mother, at a time when we just filed for divorce. After she assaulted me she filed bogus counterclaims against me in an attempt to shift the blame to me. Gary first had the bogus claims dropped. Second, he wisely instructed me to not follow through with my suit against her, because he understood (when I didn't) that if I follow through my ex-wife would do anything she could to make my life difficult post-divorce. He was 100% right. Second, he helped me successfully navigate my custody battle with my ex-wife. She was trying to take away my parental rights with no legit grounds to do so, basically throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks. He kept me grounded and focused on how to present myself to the custody evaluator, how to handle her drama, how to handle my custody interrogatories, etc. He never sold me a dream. He only told me the truth based on the facts. And everything he said that was going to happen with the courts is exactly what happened. I was able to keep my 50/50 custody arrangements, avoid my ex-wife winning her bid for primary resident, pay a reasonable and fair child support and alimony solely based on the facts of our case. And he was able to help me resolve all outstanding matters. I'm very very happy with the results of my case. Gary took the time to understand my case and fight for me in the trenches when others wouldn't (I fired my first lawyer in favor of Gary.) And he did all of this at a very fair, reasonable fee for his time and services. If you need a lawyer, don't walk... run to Gary's office.
