Purchasing or selling a home can be cumbersome, at times frustrating and often a prolonged process. That being said, the office of James Miner tempers this process to a high degree. James was professional, prompt and courteous. I worked predominantly with Elise and the experience was outstanding. E-mails were answered swiftly and poignantly. My questions and concerns were acknowledged professionally and answered thoroughly. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. I even had an issue with the town to which James wrote a letter and the town acquiesced quickly. Most importantly, I felt they had my best interest at heart and I wasn't simply just another client. I will absolutely use James again for my real estate needs.

Do not even consider if you are buying a house. As a first time home buyer he was as useless as it gets and made the process very stressful. The whole process was a nightmare, nothing got done if I didn't double or triple check every little step. I think this is my first ever negative review, but just trying to save you from a miserable process.

I worked with Jim and his team on a home closing in Westfield NJ wherein my wife and I were the buyers. From the beginning, Jim prioritized getting us through attorney review, which only lasted 3-days after the original contract execution. During those 3-days, Jim and I spoke 3 to 4 times a day with tweaks to the contract. Once out of attorney review, his team met every deadline and was very responsive. Along the way there were a few issues after the property inspection report wherein Jim was able to formally and professionally negotiate credits at closing from the Seller. I would highly recommend his offices and would use them again.
