I have known Robert Stahl for many years and he is one of the most professional and skilled lawyers in the State, if not the country. His knowledge and experience of criminal law in State and Federal courts is unrivaled. In fact, I refer numerous clients with serious criminal matters to Robert Stahl. What better compliment can I pay than referring clients to Mr. Stahl's office. He is extremely thorough in his representation of all legal matters for all clients. I have both worked with Mr. Stahl and observed his court room prowess first-hand in countless criminal cases. He has my highest compliments and respect for his legal abilities.

My brother had been charged in a federal case so we came to Mr. Stahl for legal representation. BIGGEST mistake of our lives. My brother was Incarcerated for two months and we asked Mr. Stahl after the judge had initially denied my brothers bail if we should appeal to try to get him out he advised us that it wasn’t a good idea and wouldn’t be worth it. My Brother is a father of two little girls and because of the situation that he was not involved in miss Christmas with his daughters. Also this was the beginning of the pandemic and being incarcerated wasn’t A great place for my brother to be. So we told Mr. Stahl to go ahead and appeal his bail to try to get him out and sure enough thank God we did because it was overturned and my brother got to spend time with his family before his court date. Luckily after the situation we decided that Mr. Stahl‘s knowledge about law in this particular matter was not suffice so my brother hired a different attorney who came through in the end and help them out. I fear if we would have stayed with Mr. Stahl things would be drastically different for the worst. This man only thinks about how much money he can get out of you when you are in desperate need of help.

Mr. Stahl confirmed he specializes in my criminal matter, come to find out this is untrue. After paying him 50k of my hard earned money, I came to find out he was quite illiterate in my case. A major red flag arose when he communicated false truths about my case. He stated legal actions were illegal. When I confronted him in an affirmative tone that he was wrong, he stated he would check and get back to me. That action was equal to a municipal traffic attorney stating, "you must stop at green lights and go at red",, completely incorrect information. As you can imagine after paying him a large sum of money and getting responses like that I was livid to say the least. Not only did he not know the law in my case, he would pad the bill beyond belief. To give you an example after giving a payment in March of 2020 (during covid, the world shut down) he contacted me in April requesting more money. He stated he went through 25k in a month on legal fees while the courts were closed! Robert G Stahls law firm gave me more stress then the Federal Case I was facing.  As you can imagine Mr. Stahl and I parted ways. Another example that put a horrible taste in my mouth. My federal judges family were brutally gunned down at her house. Robert Stahl calls me the next day laughing and asks me where I was! It was a joke to him but a very distasteful one. I didn't find it funny at all for that judge was the glimmer of light in my situation. As you can imagine I hired a new attorney that was fluid in the laws, properly set forth actions that helped me resolve my case and was a hell of a lot cheaper! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!AH

I hired Nicole Kobis as my attorney for my divorce. Nicole was nothing less than tremendous. She made sure to advise me as to what was in my best interest, but also listened to my needs/wants. Nicole is very professional, responsive, timely, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a matrimonial attorney. I had a short-term marriage with one child; a divorce that should have been relatively straightforward, but it became long and “messy”. I had a consultation with Robert Anderson today, regarding steps to begin a non profit organization and to discuss IRS requirements and possible scenarios / ramifications. The ladies in the lobby / reception area greeted me with smiles and were very polite, making me feel welcome, which I appreciated. Bob was professional and patient, answering all my questions and addressing each concern. He gave me enough information and advice, for me to feel confident with moving forward. Highly recommended. Nicole Kobis was my divorce attorney and I could not have asked for a better lawyer. During my first phone call with her (before I even put down a retainer), she explained exactly what I could expect and estimated how long it would take. Once we started working together, she was thorough, accessible and 100% transparent. She knew I wanted to finalize the divorce before the end of the year and she made it happen. It was also nice that she clearly had a great relationship with judge and our court date took 10 minutes at the most. I highly recommend Nicole to anyone going through a divorce.
