Everyone at his firm was kind, responsive, extremely competent and expertly guided me every step of the way. I never had to call for an update on my case as Bob Goodman routinely called to keep me advised and to check on my medical progress. At times when I was overwhelmed by everything, Bob Goodman took the time to calm me down and reassure me. He is professional and compassionate and obviously cares about his clients’ well-being. He always told me what to expect and made me feel protected and expertly represented. We eventually settled at mediation and I’m profoundly grateful to Bob and everyone at Palmisano & Goodman. I've, (unfortunately), had to use the services of Mr. Goodman twice in the last 20 years for major injuries, (a very serious injury while at work and one involving an automobile accident which ripped-up my knee. The ONLY good part of either experience was being referred to Bob. He knows both the law and the system like the back of his hand, and truly works, seemingly endlessly, to ensure the best possible result for you. Both Bob and the remainder of his firm are available at all times to you, and never make you feel as if any question you may have is "stupid" or a waste of his/their time. This firm is no bunch of "ambulance-chasers". Bob expects the truth from you, and wouldn't take you on as a client unless he knows you have truly been harmed at the hands of someone/something else. Without a doubt, being seriously injured is a horrible thing to go through, I still deal with my injuries today. But at least with Mr. Goodman and his firm on your side, you won't have to worry about losing your income, paying for medical services you may need in the future or being fairly compensated by the wrongful party for your pain and suffering. If you've been seriously injured, don't even think about calling anyone different, you won't be disappointed.

I am 67 years old. I hurt my neck on a business property and needed a fusion to repair herniated discs. The insurance companies hired three attorneys who blamed me for the accident. It was very upsetting but Mr. Goodman kept me calm and patient. He then did an amazing job of showing the condition was dangerous, they knew about it, and didn't fix it. Bob Goodman is an amazing lawyer! His fees are more than reasonable and his work is easily worth ten times what he charges. He (and his staff) are extremely competent and knowledgeable. He was able to protect me and my assets from a potentially life ruining outcome. I was being sued on two counts with multiple parties involved and things did not proceed as one would expect. One party tried to pull some interesting moves (more infuriating and scary to me) but Bob was not phased. He made sure I understood what was going on and provided a clear, aggressive strategy; which he executed flawlessly. I realize as well, that my case was not a major money maker for his firm, but he fought for me as aggressively as one would for a multi-million dollar client. I truly cannot thank him enough.

I am 77 years old and was involved in a car accident 3 years ago. I hurt my shoulder, back and hip. Allsate Insurance Company offered no money to settle my case.
