I have consulted with Mr Kincannon on a number of issues. He has been an excellent resource for labor-related issues with regard to my current employee contract, as well as someone whom I have referred family members to in the event they needed an attorney. I have found him to be knowledgeable in a number of areas of the law and appreciative of his discretion and tact with delicate subjects. He is an asset to his firm and someone I will seek help from again when the time comes.

The difference between Josh and other lawyers I've dealt with is that he is responsive; you can get him on the phone and he has time for you. He helped me through a difficult time and even gave me his direct email address so I could reach him whenever I needed to. He's very knowledgeable, but very friendly and approachable.
