I contacted John about my auto theft claim with Progressive Insurance. Progressive was giving me a hard time and kept dragging the claim on and on and eventually it to the point where they needed me to do a examination under oath (EUO). I figured it was best to play it safe and have a lawyer present just in case. I called and spoke to John and ended up retaining his counsel. John gave me great advice to prepare for the EUO and it went well. Afterwards in closing out the claim, Progressive failed to respond when they said they would and I contacted John to see if he could get an answer. John immediately reached out to them on both occasions. It felt great to have an attorney who was there when I needed. I would definitely retain John's counsel again if the situation arrived.
