I just want say I was in a jam (understatement) . I was lucky enough to meet Jon through the Countrywide Pre-paid legal service program. This was the best 6 bucks deducted from my paycheck ever! The program is a good investment. I was never in a lawyers office in my life. So that in itself is not an easy feeling. Within 5 mins of mtg Jon and Tracy, I knew I wasn’t looking any further. He talked to me like a human being. I was extremely nervous and he put me at ease. He laid out the whole scenario step by step and he delivered! Jon, is well known and respected by everyone you will encounter throughout the process and it was a soothing feeling. Most people have preconceived notions about lawyers esp if you haven’t had to deal with one. Jon is a genuine “Dude” he’s down to earth and he understands “ LIFE HAPPENS “ give him a call if you need an attorney who is going to fight for you and deliver what he says he’s going to do! Jon represented a juvenile family member who got himself in trouble. Jon was tough on the kid, told it like it was, no BS. Firm but fair. Kid respected him for that, and and a bond of trust was formed. When things didn't always go our way, Jon fought hard to right them. He was very convincing in the courtroom, assertive, and we felt he really believed and had faith in the kid to succeed, and that faith gave the kid the impetus to succeed. PLUS: he charges a reasonable fee. Jon's great, but I hope we never have to use him again.
