I had a long Pending case for about a year there was felony and a domestic charges I called him and he was very professional and helpful from the start he’s not a lawyer that just cares about the Money he took my case without any questions worked on the weekends for me when necessary I would call him on his weekends and talk to him about my cases he did not mind he was very helpful and very communicative. He’s a very strategic and awesome lawyer got a very amazing results that I was not expecting. I HIGHLY recommend The New Mexico Expungement: A Subdivision of Peake Law Firm. Mr. Peake and his team are the BEST. At the age of 20- back in 2009- I was arrested in Valencia County. The record of my arrest, although I was not conscious of it at the time, dramatically impacted my self-esteem. I self-destructed over the next couple of years until I decided to make a change. After years of hard work and now a senior at UNM, I knew I needed to confront my past and get my record expunged in order to move forward into graduate school and become the woman I was born to be. The process was too difficult to confront alone ( I tried), so I contacted Mr. Peake and his brilliant team after being referred by UNM legal students. Mr.Peake and his team took care of my case for next to nothing and I could not be more appreciative for their time and professionalism. They literally took care of everything while I continued to live my very busy life as a mother and student. They truly wiped away the stain that once stood in the way of me and my dreams of one day becoming a mental health professional within the state I was born and raised, New Mexico. Peale law firm was great in assisting with expungement case. His office staff was pleasant to work with and kept me informed and had all forms ready for me to sign. the process was relatively smooth. It took 7 months to complete but done to my satisfaction.
