I was wrongfully arrested, that was later dismissed. However the arrest was still showing on my background. Jonathan and his team at PEAKE Law quickly responded and resolved this issue. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This law firm is awesome. They were very professional and attentive to me and my husband's needs. They took fast action and got us what we needed. The communication was superb. They were always available when we needed them. They never sounded frustrated or irritated when we would ask questions or for extra help. We live all the way in Texas and needed representation in New Mexico. Expungement was made pretty easy. pretty much just visited the office paid the fees and waited. The court system moves slow so expect to wait around 9 months to a year. still waiting on the courts to clear my last record but again that is not Peake Law Firms fault. Any concerns were reasonably quickly answered and problems were addressed.
