Simon Kubiak is probably the shadiest attorney in New Mexico. Surely he will respond by saying im "not a client of his firm" (the response he gives every bad review)... But I can ASSURE you: This man will lie more than the president does. Take your money and your case elsewhere.

Took my money then moved out of town. Gave me a sorry excuse of a replacement lawyer for my next appearance, then billed me double for it. Said it was "preparation costs". And then lost my case. Save your money people you are better off defending yourself.

Do not use this guy unless you want to be robbed blind! He charged 5k for a child support case and it never went to court. He would never return calls, email or texts. Most of the time I had to correct his work!

Worst representation, Simon pawned my case off to a new hire attorney with no experience in the private sector that did nothing. Do not recommend. This was a DWI case and I'm going to have to re-file because of the ineptitude.
