I absolutely love this law firm as I work with them hand in hand as an auto billing place to resolve bills for auto accidents and they are the nicest people I have ever met! Erlinda is not just a defense attorney, she is the best that New Mexico has to offer. As someone who has friends and colleagues in the legal field, I have high standards when it comes to hiring an attorney. Not only is Erlinda extremely qualified, having experience as a federal prosecutor, she is also very meticulous in her work. Her attention to detail is incredible, to the point where I felt like my case was the only case she was working on. Even before I signed any paperwork, she took her time answering all my questions and immediately began looking into the case. When I spoke to other defense attorneys, I felt like I was being unheard and spoken over, but Erlinda listened intently. She never made me feel stupid for any questions or concerns I raised and she thoughtfully took her time answering me. Other defense attorneys will go out of their way to market themselves as the best in order to buy your patronage. They will appeal to your emotions and take advantage of your situation with no regard to your actual circumstances. The false confidence that was sold to me by other attorneys was disappointing because of the contrast that Erlinda posed. She was realistic and empathetic and gave actual legal advice and constructive ideas to move forward with my case. She offered practical, executable solutions instead of false confidence for the sake of financial gain. A lot of lawyers get a bad reputation because they are simply there for monetary compensation, but Erlinda is an attorney who puts your interests and your case first. She is honest, compassionate and kind, but also is extremely intelligent, experienced, and competent. What makes Erlinda stand out to me is the integrity she has in her work, and the commitment she had in resolving my case. I cannot express enough gratitude for the work she has done for me.
