I would give a negative 5 star rating if I could. I am very dissatisfied with the service I got from Jacob and his team. They did absolutely nothing on my case. I took over my own case and got a lot more done on my case in one week then Jacob did. Very embarrassing when the other party keeps asking you “where is your attorney? Why won’t he contact me back”. He couldn’t even send updates and would get mad if you emailed him asking for an update on the case. Found out the reason no updates were given was because he did absolutely nothing on my case. The only thing he did was an Entry of him being my attorney and then let my case just sit there collecting dust or being a doorstop. He’s very rude and gives you false hope. He makes you think you’re case is great. Highly would NOT recommend EVER.
