Ms. Padilla is an EXCELLENT attorney! My closest friend needed to fight a charge. Sure, he could of used a public defender, but I wanted to ensure the best outcome possible. We talked to a handful of attorneys and decided on Padilla, Montoya and Associates. Ms. Padilla explained all of the options and we decided to fight the charge. She handled everything professionally and expeditiously. She did an excellent job analyzing all the facts of the case and filed various "motions" with the Court. The charges were finally dismissed by the prosecutor! I highly recommend Ms. Padilla.

Retaining this attorney was the biggest mistake ever! The outcome would have been the same with retaining counsel. The communication was poor and representation was even worse! Reminders were sent about payment but there was no fight and she lost at all of the hearings! What’s the point? When decision day came one was told to plead guilty. When documents were presented that could help the case one was told it would only help if a subsequent event were to happen! If I could give zero stars I would! Please save your money or retain different counsel
