Josh was straightforward and honest about my case, but gave me a lot of confidence about it's direction from the start and eventually my case was dismissed. My family also just felt very welcome during our visit, my son definitely felt like he was at home and that's a big thanks to Vincent who was very friendly and even made sure my son got back a toy he left behind.
