I would never recommend Brianna She charged for hours that she did not work. Brianna tried to drag out the case and pump out as much money as she could to a relatively easy case. She is a thief. NEVER go to her!!!!

Brianna worked on my difficult divorce with my ex that was represented by a very connected attorney in the county we resided in. Brianna was very understanding and dedicated at first but as time went on she became very busy. She stated her passion is for custody cases where she could represent the children. My case did not involve children/custody issues. Also, I requested the meeting not be at the other attorney's office (husbands attorney). She said that wouldn't be a problem at all. The mediation did get scheduled for husbands attorney's office, very disappointing. I needed to roll with the changes because I needed to quickly and safely end it as more time added more anger and safety issues to my situation. Total attorney fees ended up double what was originally estimated.

Brianna is more than 5 stars she's 199 stars. I felt overwhelmed looking for an attorney to help with me custody issues. From the very first phone call to the very end Brianna was there. Brianna is compassionate, calm, understanding, honest, and most of all my hero. She was with me every single step of the way explaining everything to me, and reassuring me everything was going to be ok. I cannot thank Brianna enough for fighting as hard as she could for myself, my family, and most of all my daughter. I recommend Brianna to anyone going through a tough custody battle. "Divorce with dignity"......divorce is never an easy thing to do especially when a child is involved. The Law office of Lynda Latta ( Brianna to be specific) was more than admirable in guiding me through this journey all the while ensuring that in the end is was not only in the best interest of myself but in the best interest of my child. I'm not sure "loved it" is the best way to describe one's visits to a divorce lawyer, but the people here do strive to make the process as stress free as possible. That they are good at what they do helps too. Then there's the nicely appointed offices and conference rooms, the unprecedented quality of the coffee, and the comforting casual atmosphere to help you forget the deadly seriousness of the business at hand. I really do appreciate all these factors.

This Law firm has been absolutely amazing to me! Particularly Brianna Feerer-Huss. I reached out when I first came home to Albuquerque, researched Law firms and finally called Lynda Latta Law firm with my story. As much as Brianna wanted to help me, she couldn't because of jurisdiction reasons. But when I finally got jurisdiction I immediately called her back-months later (she remembered me!!) and she was on top of things from the get go. Yes they are a bit expensive...even more than my Hawaiian attorney but worth every single penny!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone at the firm is awesome and was very sensitive to my situation. I'm pleased, my mother was pleased and I was impressed with the way Brianna handled everything including when we went to court for my hearing. I got what I wanted in my divorce thanks to this firm!!!! I can't recommend them enough!
