My name is Robert Flores, former and future client of Mr. Garcia as my Attourney. I was involved in two accidents in 2018, the first left me damaged with head trauma that insurance companies don’t want to deal with financially even though they proclaim they are on your team to restore or remedy your condition. The second accident, 4 months latter, worsened my issues and thereby set two insurance companies pointing fingers of blame and responsibility at one another leaving my health and welfare by the wayside. The attourney I originally hired for one reason or another was too busy and to put it bluntly, after bigger fish?!? I was then blessed to find out that Mr. Garcia had been brought in to get things off high center and get my case resolved prior to statutes of limitation closing the case. Mr. Garcia had the companies and all matters in the cases on the table in a few weeks and helped me with a financial judgement that at the least removed some of the financial bind my family and I had been burdened with.
