Charles Wyman called my home just after 8:00 a.m. with slurred speach returning a message we left Friday morning on Tuesday morning. We use legal shield and reauested a more professional attorney for our Membership ensures us legal aid and a discount if we " need representation". My wife and I began to explain the situation we are dealing with. Charles then stated "Well there is nothing he can do for you. I can not help you with paperwork with out you paying 5,000.00 to continue the conversation."I found this odd as legal shield is not a the yellow pages. We explained we we're disabled and we're on a fixed income and that is why we use Legal Shield. We will be contacting BBB starting with Legal shield. When we asked the rude man calling Ill people before normal business hours, Why the early call. He became agressive letting us know "our place". I asked if there is a Supervisor that I could talk to he barked "we work from home now, and there is no one else here." Disappointed is just the beginning, my wifes condition was provoked so baddly by this man she had a Cardiac event later that day. They are continuing to solicit via e-mail odd messages for us not to sign documents with out thier help. So contradictory a response here would he nice as we have waited several days for a Call from Managing members of the team responsible for ethics. #stillneedhelp

I cannot say enough about attorney Vince Martinez and his assistants. My father was injured in an accident in October 2019. My father was a pedestrian hit by a motor vehicle while crossing the highway. While my father is lucky and blessed to be alive, however he will forever face mobility challenges as he nearly lost his leg. He suffered extensive permanent damage to his lower extremity. Vince, knowing that my father's quality of life diminished in an instant, fought for him every step of the way to ensure that my father would be awarded the maximum benefit as this accident bore a huge financial impact on my dad going forward. Vince represented my dad as if he was representing his own father. Aside from sincerely caring about the outcome for my dad's future, he and his team's professionalism is exceptional. They communicated promptly and clearly every step of the way. And when we did not understand something, they took the time to explain in a way that we understood. They responded to all my e-mails within 24 hours, if not the same day. Most times when I called, I would get to speak with Vince or his assistant. Maria (assistant attorney) worked side by side with Vince and worked with the same enthusiasm. Vince and his team fight to win! Once there was a settlement offer, it did not end there. Vince went above and beyond to fight for my dad to not have to reimburse Medicare (which would have depleted his portion of the settlement). Instead, Vince filed appeal after appeal until he got the reimbursement completely waived. It would have made no difference to other attorneys, as they would have been compensated once a settlement was reached.
