I received top notch help through my Legal Shield membership. Without Ingrid’s expert help, I am convinced I would never have recovered any of my rent deposit or last month’s rent from my unreasonable landlady when I had to move out unexpectedly before the lease was up. Not only did Ingrid help me get out of the rest of the lease, but she got my money back for me too. I am beyond impressed with the service I have received. Because I had major surgery this a year, I sometimes had trouble remembering things. Ron and Andrew were always responsive to my questions. I felt very comfortable working with them from the very beginning. No questions were too small to ask. Help was always available. I really appreciated their time and effort on my behalf.
