Very easy to talk to and did a great job!

I called multiple lawyers when my son needed help, and Mr. Raymon was the first person I spoke to that had actually listened without trying to sell me on why I should choose him. He reviewed all options and outcomes and I knew that I could trust him with such a big decision in our family’s life. He kept us up to date as the proceedings took place, and has always been welcoming in helping me feel included during each step of the process. Couldn’t recommend more.

BEWARE!! My experience with this firm was a NIGHTMARE!! Believe it or not, I'm giving you the short version... I called in 2020 and they told me THEY were the only way I could file my reconsideration, which is a lie. I never ONCE received a phone call or email from them unless I made SEVERAL attempts. I received exactly TWO emails in three years. I fired them in March of 2022, they assured me that they would submit the paperwork to take themselves off and send me proof. That never happened. Thanksgiving week 2022 I called and they said I had never been a client of theirs and HUNG UP!! When I called back they picked up and then hung up twice before I called from my bf's phone, then they did the same twice before I gave up. In March of 2023 I was denied, AND THEY FILED AN APPEAL WITHOUT EVEN LETTING ME KNOW I HAD BEEN DENIED. So I called and talked to Katherine. She stated that she was the one who submitted it by mistake. She stated that I was sent confirmation of the paperwork taking them off my case, which I obviously was not!! IF THEY HAD submitted the paperwork when they claim to have done so, they would NOT have received an update on my case!! When I told her that she knew what she was doing, what she had done, and that I, also, was recording the conversation she HUNG UP ON ME!! They did, at that time, FINALLY take themselves off my case. I'm still waiting for the confirmation email from them, I found out July 14 2023 from SSA directly. They are completely unprofessional, and out and out LYING to potential clients!!!
