This experience with needing an attorney was a first for me, as being in trouble was a first also. Barry was very understanding on my situation , was always available when I needed input on my situation. Barry’s presentation to the court which was loaded with research & facts was over the top professionally done. With all the negativity on Attorneys I’ve heard over the years never surfaced with Barry, I could not have been more blessed having Barry on my side. CAN’T THANK YOU ENOUGH BARRY

Barry was extremely knowledgeable, timely, adept, informing, and commendably concentrated/on-the-ball in the courtroom. Though it took a moment (month or two) to get familiar with my case as it lead onwards (6month total to court), he was able to compile various aspects of my situation into a completed picture, and present them in a dynamic (rather than “static/formula”) way in the courtroom. It felt tailored to both myself, my situation, and what would help address the concerns of the court to solve this sensibly & effectively. He was obviously very familiar with courtroom protocol, sharp-on-the-floor, and a useful resource to represent myself in ways than I could not have foreseen beforehand. You may not have all the answers when you first start talking to Barry ( or ANY lawyer, be suspicious of those who offer “absolute answers”), but he helps inform your position so you understand the options open to you, and practice diligently to achieve the best possible outcome. I was confused & worried when this first faced me; Barry helped me sort out my potential answers, inform my options, and effectively lead us both towards the best favorable & fair solution. Highly recommend, & his quick thinking becomes more apparent from “initial gathering” to “on-the-ball courtroom representation”

We were in desperate need of a legal representative and once we contacted Mr. Klopfer’s office there was no hesitation on acquiring his services. He represented a family member who got charged with a DUI and his license got revoked. During the wait time our relative caught another charge for driving with a revoked license, so it made the situation more difficult. However we had Barry Klopfer to help us out with both cases, and we are pleased to say; the outcome favored us. He got the charges dismissed and solved before having to go to trial.
