This firm is the best group of attorneys who care about you.

I don’t recommend this attorney firm. My parents hired Latisha Frederick and had the worst experience. She over promised and under delivered. She wasted their time and money and after one year they received nothing. She blew through their retainer by charging them for countless emails and in the end wanted more money. All she did was email, no work. A lot of talk. Within a twelve period she went through three paralegals, demonstrating she or the firm has a problem. There’s no accountability or oversight. We learned more from the opposing attorney who at times was leading Ms. Frederick. I feel my parents were taken advantage of and no one at Miles Davis either doesn’t know or doesn’t care.

This place has been nothing but a BAD experience. I have NOT been able to get a hold of anyone for quite some time now. My case has been open for a year and still NOTHING has been done. They would tell me that they have everything and it just needed to be signed or it was already sent out and they were waiting for a response for the first 6 months. However, that was a lie! It was lover looked and nothing was being done. Then for the next 3 months I could not get a hold of a single person. I called and left messages on different days at different times with ALL the ways I can be contacted, sent numerous emails with all my information with little response and sent faxes trying to get someone to give me an update on anything. All this haste for a writ of garnishment.... does it normally take a year plus to get this done?? If I didn’t have to go through this company I WOULDNT and I will NEVER go through this company EVER again. It’s sad that a place can be ran like this. It’s unprofessional and personally I’m surprised they are even still around. This place is HORRIBLE and suggest you look elsewhere if you want anything to be done. And i am currently STILL trying to get a hold of someone to get an update on what is going on. This is so frustrating!
