Jay was completely unprepared for my court date. He didn't prepare an argument, wasn't ready for cross-examination, and in fact didn't even review (or even have knowledge of) evidence the Plaintiff's brought to court. He actually advised me to admit to all of the allegations brought against me in writing prior to the initial court date so the judge would have "both sides of the story". I feel like I would have been better off with no attorney than with Jay.

Jay helped me with my divorce. He knows how the system works and how best to maneuver through it. He made some strategic moves at the right time that moved my case from a stall to being completed within 30 days.

Jay has been a big help during the most difficult time of my life. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is willing to listen and fight for me. I highly recommend him.

Mr Mueller, Has done an excellent job on my case. I’m a single, morther who had an ugly, divorce and child, custody case. Mr Mueller, took his time to explain, understand, and made me feel comfortable to hire him. I shopped around for attorneys, before and all they wanted is “money” not to interested about taking my case. I went through 5 DWI's with Jay, and was only convicted of 3. He kept me out of jail and knew all my judges personally. He's a man of God and a man of his word. I highly recommend him to anyone! He'll get you what's better than fair and never judges his clients for their crimes. He's there to help defend you, and he will do an exceptional job.
