I can not thank Nick Mattison enough for all his help with my case. He put together a winning plan to take the case all the way to trial but due to his outstanding strategy we were able to get some judgments in our favor that resulted in getting the other party to settle for 100% of the damages outside court. I purchased a vehicle that has had 2 engine swaps, 1 transmission swap, all 4 knock sensors, timing chain set, $11k worth of work, I lost my job because the vehicle is consistently inoperable, I turned in the vehicle due to the car lot lot others elicit advice, my credit is shot I am unable to get another car, a job, attend my final classes at CNM, the car lot is trying to put me into another car as a good faith measure that are all inoperable as well within 2 weeks, the person who sold me my car my godfather has admitted multiple times that they knowingly put me in a car that was inoperable, and this team of lawyers will not take my case and when I try to explain myself and give more details to the woman that takes the calls, she hung up on me! I have no one to advocate for me, no one will help and I am at a point where I have just about lost everything! This is absurd!
