Rudolph and Sheila are super helpful and wonderful people. I will never go with another lawyer!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This man was a waste of time, and money. My husband, and myself trusted him to take our case; we followed all direction he gave. When we initially met with him, Rudolph painted an elaborate picture of the positive outcomes ; along with the compensation our family would receive for such a horrific act occurring against our family. It was all "show." After our initial meeting and payment to Rudloph, he disappeared. The only form of communication we would receive was when we emailed or called him. On court dates, he was not prepared, our "attorney" did not even know the court rooms at which we were to be meeting; to note on our first initial court date, Rudy did not show up; he sent an intern. Mysteriously, after the second court date he did attend, Rudolph changed his tune, praising the defendants attorney for being such a "great lawyer." My first thoughts were, "did you take a payoff, Rudy?" As our defendants do have the finances to do something so slimy, I would not overlook this. After this court date, our Attorney, Rudy, was very relaxed about everything. Follow up and perseverance was nowhere to be found with him. The lack of urgency was ridiculous. "Is he trying to throw the case?" Was a question more than once I found myself asking. Our last meeting with Rudy, was scheduled by our family, as he did not communicate regularly with us, at all. During the meeting he was nervous, defensive, and overall gave away to us that he had no real information to provide us with on the status of our case. What attorney sits back and says, " I tried calling," and "I can send an email," , and "it won't help to continue calling if they didn't respond back to my first attempt." After that meeting it was clear something was not ok or kosher with this attorney. We immediately cancelled our agreement with him, accepted the losses spent on acquiring him; and moved forward onto finding an actual lawyer.

I wish I could give more than five stars!! I was referred to the law office of Mr. Chavez by a great friend of mine in regards to a difficult Situation I encountered. I was desperate to find the best attorney who could achieve the outcome I was looking for. Mr. Chavez and his office exceeded my expectations in every way possible. In my experience, they're not only professional and hard working, they’re honest and they really fight for you! Mr. Chavez is a highly regarded attorney whom I highly recommend with no reservations! I can’t say enough about my experience with their office! If you’re looking for the best attorney and exceptional/professional service, this should be your choice!! P.s. the outcome was in my favor, case won!!
