I feel like it can be uncomfortable and definitely stressful to find help in an already bad situation. I did a little research for different law firms and this is the one I chose because they eased my stress. I felt like I was in good hands and like they really cared about my case. I was in a car accident back in June 2022 when I was referred by Kathy Smith to reach out to Dominguez Law Firm. Suffering from extreme shoulder, rib and back pain, restlessness and anxiety after my accident I needed an advocate to help me get the medical care I needed. I met and worked with the amazing Paralegal Kelley Stoker who took care of me immediately. She made sure to thoroughly explain the entire process step by step and was always quickly available for any questions I had. Kelley made sure to get me in with a pain doctor and in physical therapy within the week of meeting with her, even when the doctor didn't make me feel urgent, Kelley got on a 3-way call to make sure they complied with the urgency and got me in the next business day. I wasn't able to financially cover all the PT I needed up front so Kelley also fought to get me a Letter of Protection. I highly recommend working with the Dominguez Law Firm and most importantly Kelley Stoker. Having someone help you and be your advocate when you are in miserable pain is immeasurable. This goes back to around 1997. I had a motorcycle accident in Durango Colorado. I was told by a police officer on site that e expected something like this to happen. I contacted Branch law firm and an attorney looked into and found a liquid asphalt company rolled over and Colorado allowed the company from Farmington to do their own clean up. Which was done improperly. What happened next. Is Margaret Branch fired the attorney involved settled my case for damages only and no punitive or anything else She settled my case without my consent and tried to take a percentage of my damages which was allowed from damages. I did read the contract. So unless she grew a conscience I would never trust her firm again.
