Highly recommend Mr Valdez and his staff! As a busy single mom with a lot on my plate, I missed a court date for a traffic ticket. I did not know what to do next, luckily I called Mr Valdez's office and with in minutes I was at easy! His staff's response time was incredible! The whole prices was quick and easy! He resolved everything and saved me so much time and worry!

I live out of state and they were able to take care of my case without me ever it making a appearance, they also got me the best deal I believe I could have got I was very happy with the lawyers work and the girls in the office do a great job of taking care of other clients on the back end if I ever need a lawyer in New Mexico again they will be my first choice and my first recommendation

Case got dismissed!

Amazing experience. Great people with great attitudes who get back to you promptly with detailed responses. The rate was half of what I expected it to be. And the outcome was exactly as mr. Valdez said it would be. He got my case dismissed and he got 500 of my $600 Bond return to me as well. I live in florida and five years ago when I lived in Albuquerque I got into an accident, I was driving without a license now five years later in Florida I decided to get my license back. New Mexico had suspended my license and I could not make my court case. I called Crystal at the law office of mr. Valdez and she promptly assisted me, took all my information explain everything to me. Called me back within an hour to confirm. Easily email all the documents I had to eSign. Not two hours after my court date i get a call from Chrystal telling me she had great news and it was dismissed! Thank you to everyone at the law office and thank you Mr. Valdez!

All associates of the Valdez Law Office are very professional and considerate of any situation. I received a traffic violation/misunderstanding in New Mexico heading out to Colorado, I was pulled over for speeding and discussed with the officer that I was using cruise control set to desired speed posted. The officer took my info and informed me that my license was expired, on the sitation the officer wrote "Suspended" instead of expired. I acquired the Valdez Law Office to straighten out the situation. On court day, one of Mr. Valdez's associate handled my case and he was very intuitive, determined, and forward. My case was dismissed and charges were dropped with no effect on my driving record. I would absolutely recommend their services, they will exceed any expectations.
