For a Semi Truck Driver, this is devastating for the driver and the Company. Case was dismissed in court. The Officer dropped the charge. I did not have to show up, No fine, nothing on my record. Very, Very pleased with the outcome.

Glenn Smith Valdez. He's the real deal. I was facing a minimum of 8 days in jail and loss of license. He somehow got my tickets handled and none of it hit my record. I stayed out of jail, and kept my license. Thats all you need to know - he's that good. BTW...I'm a Texas resident.

One night on my way home from work, I was pulled over by NM State Troopers, issued a very expensive speeding ticket while driving through a construction zone, and was probably going to face a license suspension. I knew that I would need some additional help as I can not afford to not have a driver's license in my line of work. I researched for the best traffic law attorneys and the Glenn Smith Valdez firm kept appearing. I decided to go with this firm and ask for their assistance in representing me. I was nervous at first because the attorney's office is in Albuquerque and I live in Las Cruces and figured I would probably need to travel to their office for a consultation. I had a great experience with this firm. They did everything via telephone and email. The prices are fair and they offered to set up a payment plan but luckily I was in a position to pay the fee upfront. The legal assistants were very knowledgeable and kept me informed as to what to expect, the court hearing date and time, and the outcome of my hearing. They were very frank about possible outcomes and what could or could not be done. I anticipated having to attend my hearing since it was here in Las Cruces where I reside, but attorney's office had submitted a motion to waive appearance for both myself and the attorney. This was extremely helpful because I did not have to miss work and the court allowed the attorney and me to call in for the hearing instead of having to be physically present. I was on call and ready to receive a call from the court on the date and time of my hearing. To my surprise, the hour went by and I did not receive a call. I called the attorney's office to see if the hearing was still going on and they informed me that my case was dismissed and they did not need to call me. This was a huge relief and a lesson to be learned. I hope not to, but if I encounter any traffic violations, I will absolutely call this firm to have Attorney Valdez represent me. It is important to have a representative that has an established relationship with the courts in NM and has the expertise in traffic law in order to protect your driving privileges. I do not drive without cruise control on now and am extra careful. This was a huge lesson for me and I was grateful for the outcome and the services received from Attorney Valdez's office.
