Horrible experience. My Mother and I just came for an update on her case since her paralegal unexpectedly Left. Elias was the one that took over her case after. We simply came in for an update of what was going on and Elias came in very aggressive. We were simply asking what was going on with the case and he kept speaking to us in a demeaning way and as if we were in the wrong for asking for updates on the case. For him being the head of the law firm he is very unprofessional and I would not recommend this law firm to anyone.

Fast and friendly

My business with your firm is not completed yet, but the only negative things that have happened, is that two of the legal aids working on my case left and I got no notification, and I did ask about another course of action and really got no solid answer about whether the case would have been valid, but I did find out later after a filing deadline passed that I could have filed. Still the firm did right by my family when they dealt with you, and outside of the legal aids (just not being updated about the switch), I am just taking a neutral stance and will give a better rating later.
