I have to say I did not expect to go up against Workers Compensation. I did not have the experience to go up against them by myself once they lawyered up on me. Derek helped me feel heard and progressed my case within weeks/months rather than the year and a half I was trying to manage it on my own. He explained things in a way that made it way less intimidating, answered all my questions (including ones I didn’t know I had), was responsive and proactive, and made me feel comfortable.
