It would be nice to know ahead of time they don’t take certain cases or their too busy for new cases. Called me back saying theyr too busy. I believe it’s a conflict of interest. Because they know what’s going on with these dentist out here. I’m giving them their first 1 star review even tho I didn’t want to but it’s better to be upfront about them not taking dental cases. So don’t call these folks for any dental cases they don’t work on them. They will listen to your side of the case but not let you know before hand. Don’t waste American time . Thank you. Then they refer you to another who also don’t take these cases. I guess dentist are a protected class with these folks. If I were in the legal department I would look into it. So sad that’s how these people do buisness like this. Like I said it would be nice to know before hand bud. I called and y’all didn’t let me know know instead offer to hear my complaint. Sounds like your cherry picking. I hope it don’t have to do with race buddy.
