I received a favorable appeal in spite of them!!! The attorney assigned to my hearing was absolutely unprepared as there was substantial evidence not presented even though my Dr and therapist made it available. My therapist had to call them to make sure they had all of my records. After ALL evidence was presented on appeal I received a fully favorable decision 3 years after I applied!!!!!!!!
