The receptionist answers the phone on speaker, it is unprofessional and the detail of your call are echoed throughout the office... It is truly bothersome.

So, listen.....its the bad reviews....that are fake!!!! No doubt!!! I have known Robert since I was a child, he has helped my family and myself as well. He is nothing more than professional, honest, and precise! They do keep me informed, throughout my case. They do answer any questions, I have.
