called in to see if they would take my claim and lady who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. asked me to read what the website says to see if they took my specific case. will not be using this law firm due to the unprofessional staff.

I forgot I was going to put a review. I felt like this lawyer started off really great- then I felt I was gaslit the whole way… I had asked her specifically not to give over all my therapy records to the other party.. to which she did. Then I only found out when we came to settling time and she let me know if I didn’t settle they’d tear me apart based off my records she handed over. She had told me she’d go through the records and only hand over what was needed… then to tell me to just accept what they offer since they knew so much… not only do I feel she dropped the ball- but didn’t even try. Maybe it’s cause I was not a large payout for her, so why bother right? I still felt my case was worth more, but I was not going to be cross questioned about my trauma or past that had NOTHING to do w my case… so I guess go here- if you trust she’ll be honest and do her job. It still bothers to this day how gaslit I was… we settled in 2020, wasn’t going to fight the tiny amount.. she basically put me, her client in a bad position, and w no money during Covid.. I took what I could get. Just know she wasn’t honest and didn’t have my best interest at heart whatsoever. Shame on her, and the folks who pointed us her direction.
