I thank God my mom found Benjamin Decker. I had an attorney prior to Mr. Decker and the difference is immense. I would not go with anyone else. He took over my case and kept me informed and i felt relieved like i could finally rest because he was taking care of my case. He got to know me and my case and was there for me every step of the way. He reassured me he would fight for me till the end and that he did. It was a long fight but the end result was entirely worth it. He’s professional, kind, smart, and very informative. I was approved finally after a long fight and the level of relief i feel is incredible. I could not have done it without Mr. Decker. I had a Phone Consultation with Lindsay at 1:30 on October 18, 2022 at 1:33 the cal was terminated. Within 3 minuets, the amount of disrespect she showed was disgusting - I ended the phone call due to her RUDENESS. She interrupted MULTIPLE times and she went as far as raising her voice and telling me "Don't call them 'The Standard' call them the insurer or employer" which they were neither. She did NOT let me explain my situation AT ALL. If I could give this Discourteous, Disrespectful, ill-bred, ill-mannered, impolite, inconsiderate, thoughtless, INCOMPETENT and lousy excuse for a human being a ZERO STAR rating I WOULD!! I find it extremely comical that there is a PLETHORA of positive feedback for Decker. However, the minimal, less than 10 reviews, for Griffel are by - - a different "DEMOGRAPHIC", for lack of a better word, than I am. I understand the amount of revenue brought in by an individual may dictate the promotion of a Layer to become partner - albeit, word of mouth is one of the most trusted advertisements, and for an individual to have a bad reputation/reviews - - That may also dictate the reputation of the entire LLC.
