Randy was hired as a GAL. He said that because he was told that my son and I had a verbal argument (my son was disrespectful and I threatened to take his car from him so he became argumentative) that he believed I physically disciplined my children, even after my son told him I was not ever physical with hm.He said since I was in the military for 23 years he had to presume that I was strict, that I physically disciplined my children and that I would use corporal punishment. He obviously thinks that veterans are not very honorable and he obviously doesn’t realize that we Would put ourselves in harms way to protect others.

Lauren provided me with excellent advice and service to effectively and efficiently resolve an issue with my best interests in mind. She did this with a great deal of compassion. I would highly recommend this firm.

It was a huge mistake to hire Lauren. A grueling experience entirely. In my experience working with Lauren, I felt like I was on trial without a lawyer trying to explain my situation to the person I had hired to represent my case. She wanted to proceed with a blasé "cookie cutter" approach- never wanting to be bothered with the details of my case. Therefore, I spent the majority of my time trying to explain to her what the Judge had previously stated, the details of this case, and why I wanted to proceed a certain way. She blew through my entire retainer, consultation fees, and has also billed me another almost $600 for a total of over $4000 and is now asking for yet another $2000 retainer before even representing me at my trial. So, after being charged over $4000, I will be WITHOUT representation in court. Let that sink in for a moment before hiring this firm.

I had the privilege of working with Mr. Randy Powers for my prenuptial. Not only was he incredibly personable but he was efficient and helped me to consider scenarios that were not necessarily considered in my original prenuptial draft. I found him easily accessible with any questions that I had and his responses were punctual and simplified enough that I could grasp them. Highly recommend Mr. Powers for his legal expertise.
