Caruso Law was able to settle my claim in a few short months. This was my first accident so I wasnt quite sure what to expect. However, Marc was great with email and Mark was always very professional. My question were always answered. They were able to give me referrals to chiropractors and massage therapists.

I had a great experiance with Caruso law offices. They manged my case outstandingly and kept me informed duringg the entire process.

If I could I would give this no stars at all. this law firm does not even deserve one star. Horrible experience. We were recommended here by our neighbor but this was the worse decision we have ever made. My mother was hit in August and shortly after we spoke to Caruso and his wife on a Saturday. They seemed very nice and very attentive. They acted like they were going to help us out. Our paralegal was Marc Rushing. When I tried talking to Marc rushing for the first time I could not reach him. I kept getting sent to voicemail and I never got a call back. It came to the point where I had to set up a phone appointment. When I called in for that phone appointment he was very very rude. Keep in mind this was the first time we actually spoke to him. Throughout the course of three months (until we had enough and decided to get another lawyer) Marc Rushing was very rude WHEN I would get a hold of him, along with one of the receptionists that answered my phone calls, we hardly ever knew what was going on with our case, and we hardly ever spoke to Marc Rushing and Marc Caruso when we needed to. We are very upset that they wasted our time and we are very upset that they decided to treat us that way. I do not recommend this law office to anyone due to the way we were ignored and treated up until the last day where neither Marc Caruso nor Marc Rushing came to us to ask why we were leaving or what was happening (everything was being communicated through the receptionists). Very unprofessional and very ride. Don't be fooled by their nice law firm and their nice sales pitch the first day.

Don't receive phone calls back. Very slow.

To say the least my experience has been a rollercoaster from my initial attorney getting fired mid case and finding out my case has been dragged out a year because the initial attorney never call witnesses on my behalf to my case being giving to a lawyer Marc Rushing who is completely unresponsive and screening my calls when all I want to do is check on the status of my case. The only reason I am giving them a 2 out of 5 stars is because the one interaction I had with Mr. Caruso himself was positive everything else has been a non stop battle and poor client relations experience after another.

A horrible experience! I was told to do certain things and then told I shouldn't have. Moral at this office is horrible and I had to go in and spend hours figuring out there job. Mark got $13,000.00 and I got nearly nothing. I had to call all the people that treated me to get my bills reduced to get something. This guy is a joke and his wife is a real peace of work. I would never refer him to my worst enemy. I don't know how they sleep at night!!! I have to live with the on going pain. Mark acts like he was a former insurance company attorney he knows how to get you the best result but the he get's himself the best results. He charges you a lot for every little copy, phone call and everything. A real shark! Beware!!!
