Buchanan Law Firm is wonderful. They were incredibly professional and timely. Morgan was the paralegal assigned to my case and she was extremely helpful and friendly and happy to answer any questions or concerns. I am very grateful for the outcome and highly recommend this firm .

They come up first if you search for "employment contracts lawyer". Google ad AND their website both say they handle employment contracts. When you call they say they don't handle such contracts unless you're wrongfully terminated.

Legal intake personnel will probably be let go, for how much company time he wasted listening to me. Hope he can get representation, lol. Update, I'm being re-reiewed. Legal intake personnel is pushing his bosses buttons. Going to add a star until I have representation. Really the nicest response time from assistant. I'm a re-re, please don't give me a re-rejection. I want to say 5 stars!

While on vacation in Santa Fe, I had a horrible slip and fall accident…broken shoulder, smashed mouth etc. The property owner was clearly liable. After months of trying to work with their insurance company we finally decided to hire attorneys. Not being from the area, we went to Google looking for recommendations. Buchanan stood out as a highly ethical firm owned/operated by women. So glad we chose them! Can’t say enough good things. The settlement that I will receive is fair but much better than I had ever hoped. I always felt listened to and knew that my interests were being taken care of. The employees at Buchanan are great , if you need a attorney I recommend them. Alice is wonderful as well, she always took the time too call and see how I was doing. They work hard too get you what your asking for, I rate them a 5 star. You won't be disappointed...

These phone calls are very difficult to place. You have a problem you have an issue you have to reach out to an attorney. For me it is extremely foreign as I’ve never had to do this. I made a phone call on Monday reaching out to this law firm. My communication with the secretary that answered the phone was not very good. After having businesses myself, my husband and I are very big into improving our network and making sure that our customers are happy. After this initial phone call, I was not in the best of spirits, and I felt like I had been put off. This was very strange, becauseall of the ratings for this law firm they were positive and that was my initial reason for reaching out. In their reviews it sounded to me like communication was key. I came on and I didn’t leave a very good review. I solely did that so it could be improved. Since that time I have been contacted by Deena herself and her assistant Nicoll, and they have been amazing. I feel frightened about my journey, but after speaking to Nicoll, I feel like I am in very good hands. Let’s see what this journey brings.

The people at Buchanan did a great job handling my claim. They were aggressive, imaginative and understanding. I was happy with them and the results.

I called and share the pertinent information regarding my claim for a class action lawsuit. I was advised after disclosing the facts of the case that they would get back to me the next day and they never did. Based upon that fact I would not recommend this Law firm to handle any of your legal needs

Buchanan Law Firm is a 10. Robert Ortiz recommended Deena. She returned my call within a few hours. We set up our initial consultation and she drove up to see the damage a few days later. I was so impressed with her interest, I recommended all my neighbors and family. Alice, her assistant would return calls, after 5, and many times on the weekends. I was so sick, they called to check up on me, they kept me informed. They are one of the best law firms I have ever worked with. I am so grateful, and pleased with Deena and her staff.
